Lots of discussion today on talk radio about Rick Warren of Saddleback Church betraying the Pro Life cause by accepting the invitation to deliver the invocation at Barack Obama’s inauguration.
How do you see this?

I don't see this so much as a betrayal as muddying the waters of Christian theology. I would first put both individuals personal objectives to the side.
President Elect Obama has defined himself as being a Christian, as well as Pastor Rick Warren. Both with considerably different theological positions on critical social issues (abortion, gay marriage), and biblical interpretation.
I see that this is very confusing in light of the identifier "Christian". It is difficult to determine wheat, from weed, particularly when it comes to theological doctrine.
